Super Bowl!

Not much time for write-ups today, already at my Super Bowl party

Panthers -5.5 (-120) 5u

Over 44.5 (-120) 4u

Olsen O70.5 Yards (-115) 3u

Cam and the boys are going to come out swinging. Denver D is no match for the Panthers.

NFC Championship Game

NFC Championship - Keeping it short and sweet. 2-0 so far for early games, need an big final push by the pats to be profitable.

Cardinals TT O21.5 (-115) 4U

Expecting the Cinderella story to end tonight. Palmer and his Cards will come out flying. Should put up 4-5 Td's in this one. It will be a hell of a battle from both sides, but Cardinals will have themselves a great game.

Palmer O23 Receptions (-110) 5U

If the Cards are rolling, who else can we expect to have himself a game? Their leader, of course. Watch for Palmer to be coming in CLUTCH in this game. Huge game coming up.

Cards/Panthers O47.5 (-115) 2u

See all above... Does it really need any more of an explanation? Cards roll and get 30 points by themselves. And this should definitely not be a one-sided affair. The cats can play football. Points all around. See you at the window.

Best of luck

Championship Sunday - EARLY GAME

Peyton Manning under 250.5 passing yards (-115) 3U
The Broncos are a possession offence. The way they win games is through their defence and clock management. Look for them to run the ball just as much as they throw it. With Manning, they are also a dink-and-dunk offence that methodically moves down the field, no longer the long-bomb gunslinging type.

Tom Brady over 24 completions (-120) 4U
Regardless of the outcome of this game, the Patriots will rely on Tom Brady to constantly throw the ball. They don't have a predominant running attack so they use the quick two-step throws to counter that and get the ball out fast.

Keshawn Martin over 19.5 yards receiving (-115) 2U
Apart from the big three (Edelman, Amendola, Gronk), LaFell and Martin have become Brady's four and five targets. Martin has had a great season since being acquired midway though, and has quietly become a reliable target. Look for him to catch a long one today.

Danny Amendola over 3 receptions (-125) 2U
What have I been saying? Quick throws to get the ball out to reliable hands will help the Patriots this game. Amendola is just as much a part of the passing attack as Edelman and Gronk. He needs to step up today and help his team out.

CJ Anderson over 55 rushing yards (-115) 2U
The Broncos will stick to the run all game. They need it in order to survive. The Patriots' front line will be tested and the jury is still out on wether or not they will hold up. Even if they do, this is a great value play for the Broncos main running back. Ronnie Hillman will get some carries too, but the first option will be Anderson.

Playoffs Saturday Jan 16th

Rough time in the playoffs so far, but got some absolute bombs for today. Here we go.

Brady U24.5 completions (-110) 2u

Brady has not been his usual self lately. His team is banged up, the week off probably didn't do them as much good as they would've hoped. Don't see the Pats being the scary playoff monster that teams are afraid of year in and year out. Brady won't be deflating any balls in this one, I see him getting around 18-20 completions.

Chung O5 Total Tackles and Assists (-125) 2u

I've always been a fan of the KC Defensive line. I see them having a very strong game today as Brady will struggle and scramble looking for open receivers. Johnson and Berry also have their prop options, feel free to pick the over on any of these guys. Big game for them.

Pats/Chiefs U44 (-110) 5u

I expect a pretty greasy game. A lot of 3 and outs, unfinished drives, etc. If Brady comes to play, this game is decided by a FG. If not, Chiefs run with it, but either way, it'll be a low scoring game. Take the under. Thank me later.

Palmer O285 yards (-115) 3u

Love Palmer tonight. I think he makes a mess of the GB defense and obliterates them through the air. Looking for a >300 yard game for this stud.

Larry Fitz O65.5 yards

If I see Palmer throwing a hell of a game, who do we expect him to throw to? His boy, Larry Fitz of course. Big players perform in big games. He'll be the Cards MVP tonight.

BOL to all

Wildcard Sunday

2-2-1 day on Saturday. Was one catch, one rushing yard, and one sack away from a perfect day. Sometimes you just don't get the lucky breaks. But today is another day and the playoffs are only beginning!

Adrian Peterson over 84.5 rushing yards (-130) 4U
It's going to be one of the coldest games in NFL playoff history and the Vikings need to control the ball to have a chance. Bridgewater all need to rely on a strong run game and there's no better backfield have. Huge play. Jump on it.

Russell Wilson over 235.5 passing yards (-115) 3U
Wilson has been the best QB in the league the past 6 weeks and the Seahawks are arguably the hottest team entering the playoffs. With no Marshawn Lynch, the Hawks will have to do what they've been doing: rely on RW.

Russell Wilson over 37.5 rushing yards (-125) 2U
The Seahawks offence runs through Wilson, plain and simple. Take advantage of his props.

Kirk Cousins over 260 passing yards (-125) 3U
Green Bay is not the same team that started the season and certainly their defence is no one near ready to go through the NFC. The Skins are pumped and they know this is their opportunity to take down a "giant." Big game by Skins and their QB.

Alfred Morris over 52 rushing yards (-115) 2U
Calling it now, Skins win. Morris is not a star by any means, but Washington will have the ball and be looking to control the pace in the later stages. Morris rushes for 70+.

Saturday, 9 January 2016

Wildcard Saturday

Texans Over 3 Sacks (-115) 3U
The most important factor of this game will be the Texans front line. If they can push the pocket, they can even the playing field and give their team a chance to win. JJ Watt and his band of brothers will feed off this home crowd. Not to mention that Alex Smith is one of the most sacked QBs in the league...

Alex Smith Over 27.5 rushing yards (-115) 2U
... Which leads me to my next point, Smith will be under pressure a lot and will have to use his legs to stay live. Smith is quietly underrated as a runner and if he can get past the Texans' line, there is room to run on the secondary.

Travis Kelce Over 50.5 yards receiving (-125) 3U
KC lives off of the short pass, especially when Smith doesn't have a lot of time in the pocket. (See how this all ties together?) Kelce will be his safety net and will be given a lot of targets.

Antonio Brown Over 105 yards receiving (-125) 2U
He's never had a touchdown in the playoffs, I've got a hunch that he'll break a big one today. Him and Big Ben have been magic together and during prime time against a rival, they'll be amped!

Antonia Brown Over 8 receptions (-130) 4U
All. In. On. Brown.

SNF Week 17

GB Packers -1.5 First Half (-105) 4U

James Starks Over 50 Rushing and Receiving Yards (-115) 3U

Teddy Bridgewater Over 15.5 Yards rushing  (-115) 2U

Randall Cobb Over 54.5 Yards receiving (-115) 2U

Adrian Peterson Under 93 Yards rushing (-115) 1U

MNF Week 16

AJ McCarron over 215.5 passing yards (-125) 2U
Heading into this season the Bengals had one of the most skilled offences in the league, all Andy Dalton had to do was get the ball out to the skilled players. Once he realized that it wasn't all on him, he had the best year of his career. And what did AJ do all those years in Alabama? Yup, the exact same thing.

Ronnie Hillman over 50.5 rushing yards (even) 1U
There have been cracks in the Brock Osweiler facade. The Denver QB needs to take a page out of the Bengals playbook and pass along some of the responsibilities. Look for the Broncos to run the ball more, especially during a cold night at Mile High.

AJ Green over 70 receiving yards (-115) 1U
McCarron is going to get the ball out quick with the strong Denver D. That means taking the first read more often than not.

FGS over 3.5 (-110) 1U
Inexperienced QBS means less risky plays by offensive coordinators.

SNF Week 16

5-3 +3.6 units on the day. Let's get a late night sweep.

Giants TT O19.5 (-115) 2u
The Giants have had a very mediocre season, and will have an even bigger test ahead of them with OBJ not in the lineup, but 3 TD's should be easy work for Manning and his offense.

Vereen Rush/Receiving yards O44.5 (1u)
Every week, I love Shane Vereen. He's a great athlete and will be targeted even more now since Manning won't have his favorite receiver. Hope he gets a big game here.

Peterson O95.5 1u
One of the best rushers of all time. Period. The Giants D isn't going to stop this truck today. He'll roll into the 100's.

Best of luck to all

Week 16 4pm

Arizona Cardinals First Half -3.5 (-110) 1U
The Cards are the most complete team in the NFL. Sorry Panthers. After their couple early losses, the Cards have been on a roll and good teams bring momentum heading into the playoffs. The Packers have had a rocky rest of the way after their strong start. At home, the Cards are that much more of a handful to deal with.

Russell Wilson Passing Yards OVER 250.5 (-125) 2U
The running back position for Seattle has become a carousel of "next man up." So when Wilson is only given a 250 o/u, you take it! He'll have to lead the team offensively and that means a whole lot more drop backs for the scrambling quarterback

Saints Team Total OVER 27.5 (-125) 4U
With contract talks up in the air between Brees and head coach Sean Payton, the Saints organization may be looking to hit the rest button on the whole operation. So, this may be their last home game together, you can guarantee that this offence will be fired up.

Week 16

NFL YTD 41-30-1 (+6.7 units)
NCAA YTD 5-0 (+9.63 units)

Tough one to swallow tonight as Bradford was one TD pass away from getting us a huge 5-1 night. Instead, settled for 3-3 losing 2 huge plays on the TT O24.5 and O1.5 TD passes. NCAAF huge sweep on the Nebraska game was clutch to make up for that though.

Moving on. Sunday :

Winston O19.5 Completions (-115) 2u
The kid has had a decent first season in the NFL. He's shown that he can take control of a game when his receivers are on the same page as him. Any QB can get 20 completions on any given day, I think Winston gets over 25 against da bears today.

Matt Ryan O1.5 TD passes (+135) 2u
Matt Ryan... Not too sure what to say about this guy. The Hawks have been dreadful this season and the Red Zone picks come in bunches for this squad. Playing the undefeated Panthers at home is the perfect stage for Ryan to show that he isn't a quitter and still has more in him. I'm seeing a high scoring affair here, but not just one-sided. Ryan finds the endzone 3-4 times today. Count it.

Lions TT O26.5 (-115) 1u
It's the lions. They can score just fine. They just like to score less than the other team. Stafford can turn it on and throw straight heat at times, and playing a soft 49ers team should allow them to score at will. Let's see them hit this before half time.

Tyrod Taylor O225.5 Pass yards (-110) 1u
I love this play here. Rex's Bills won't lay down today and they'll try to hammer the Romo-less Cowboys. Tyrod likes to scramble, but he can dish it through the air as well as anybody. This is like the Bridgewater lines we see weekly. Too low. I think he hits the number before the 4th quarter.

Total Successful FG CHITB O3.5 (-130) 1u
It's the Bears, It's TB...... It'll be a FG fest. Low scoring, hard-fought game leading to 3rd down stops in the Red Zone.... This one was an easy pick..

A lot of games with a lot of juicy props. Just trying to keep it under control. May add a few later. Seeing a potential 4u play later today. Be back later.

BOL everyone

Foster Farms Bowl

NCAAF YTD 0-0

Trying out some NCAAF for tonights Bowl game. Let's see if I'm any good at this. If this doesn't go well, I'll stay away from College ball until next season.

Nebraska +6 (-120) 2u
Nebraska ML (+175) 1u
Nebraska/UCLA O62 (-110) 2u
Nebraska Alt. Line (+250) 0.75u
Nebraska TT O28 (-120) 2u

Best of luck

WEEK 16 Saturday Night

Eagles Team Total OVER 24.5 (-115) 3U
Looking for a shootout tonight. Big divisional game with playoff implications on the line. No way the Eagles come out flat in front of their own crowd

Kirk Cousins OVER 265.5 Passing Yards (-110) 2U
"You like that!?" Cousins can smell his team's playoff berth. And regardless of the awful division and the team's .500 record, that can go a long way in securing a job next season.

Demarco Murray Rush and Receiving Yards OVER 30.5 (-115) 1U
This total for rush AND receiving yards is insulting. He won't be a part of the Eagles next season, but Murray has to atlas prove that he can still help a team win.

Sam Bradford OVER 1.5 Passing Tds (-130) 2U
As I said, shootout. With a rowdy Eagles performance at home, Bradford will need to be at the centre of it.

Jordan Matthews OVER 60.5 Receiving Yards (-125) 1U
Annnnd with a big game from his quarterback and team, must come a big game from their top receiver. The Redskins secondary is laughable and even average receivers have had success against them. This is Matthews' time to shine.

Redskins OVER 1.5 field goals (-140) 2U

YTD Update

Tough break in the Lions game. With an early lions lead, All the Saints could do was go for TDs. That same lead meant more rushes than possessor the Lions. And the comeback by the Saints got them right on the number.

YTD: 38-27-1 +11.55U

100$ bettor is up 1,155$

Not good enough. Lets go!

Monday, 21 December 2015

Week 15 MNF

Golden Tate OVER 65.5 yards (-130) 1U
The Saints defence is a mess, along with their entire organization. On the D end, they don't have enough to cover one solid WR, let alone two. Tate is going eat up YAC yards.

Saints TT UNDER 27 (-105) 1U
Bad teams are easily picked apart and defended against in the NFL. You have to wonder if this is Drew Brees' and Sean Payton's last year together. The Saints are one of those teams that are just waiting for this year to end. And Brees is no longer the one-man-team.

Amber Abdullah OVER 45.5 rushing yards (-125) 1U
Despite their awful start, the Lions are actually playing sound football as their season comes to an end. Look for their o-line to overpower the Saints d-line. Big holes and a weak secondary is good news for the Lions runners. Expect Abdullah to break a big one tonight.

Successful FGS OVER 3.5 (+115) 1U

Sunday, 20 December 2015

Sunday Night Matchup!

Ryan Mathews OVER 50.5 Rushing and receiving (-130) 2U
Sorry Murray, but Mathews has been the best back in the Eagles backfield. Right now, Murray is looking like one of the biggest busts of the offseason free agency in the past couple years. Mathews fits the speed-em-out offence of Philly and tonight won't change.

Carson Palmer Passing Yards OVER 295.5 (-130) 2U
It's simple, the Eagles are a bad football team. You can try and even the field with spreads and lowball odds, but a good play is still a good play. The Cardinals have arguably the best offence in the league and CP is the motor that runs it.

Cardinal Field Goals OVER 1.5 (-130) 1U

Sunday 4pm games Week 15

Aaron Rodgers O255.5 Pass yards (-105) 1u
This one is fairly simple to justify. A-Rod can dish the ball out at will. Oakland has been playing some solid football, but Rodgers is still the elite quarterback that we all know can play at his best whenever he chooses to. I expect a big game here for him.

GB/Oak O47 (-115) 1u
As A-Rod tosses long balls downfield, the points will also come. Shootout? Maybe not. But I think this Over will come down to the wire and hit late in the game. Be careful on this one.

Manziel OVER 1.5 TD passes (+145) 1U
Johnny Football gets the go-ahead. He's pumped. We're pumped. The kid can play if his head is in the game. Two TDs at plus money? Cmon... That's some good value. Only gotta hope that he doesn't throw any Red Zone picks.

Big Ben O22.5 Completions (-115) 1u

Big Ben wants to keep his team in the drivers seat to secure a Wild Card spot. He'll do whatever it takes to get the W. I can see him throwing a ton of short 10 yard passes all game long and simply dissecting the Broncos D. 23 Completions should be a cakewalk.

Bengals First downs +2 (-115) 2u
The Bengals play a soft 49ers team and are getting a +2 in terms of First downs against a team that simply doesn't look good, at all, ever. If the bengals don't maintain AT LEAST the same pace as the 49ers, I'll eat my hat. This one seems too easy, but I liked it before even seeing the initial line. I'm going with my gut.

Late Add:

Steelers Over 45 (-115) 4u.

First 4u play of the season. Loving this one in every way, shape and form.  Here we go.

NFL Week 15 - Early Games

YTD 30-17 +14.8 units

Great 3-1 day yesterday. Let's Keep er goin!

Carolina 1st Half TT O13.5

Carolina may be in tough against this Giants team this week and may not get as easy a win as they've had throughout the season, but putting up two Td's in the first half should be easy work for Cam and the panthers.. Don't see the Giants shutting them down. If this is going to be a close one, it'll be thanks to a shootout from both squads, not a defensive game, in my opinion. Small play on the over could be recommended.

Odell Beckham O90.5 yds (-105) 1u
OBJ has been getting over 100 yards a game for the last 5 games and has been Manning's number 1 guy all season. Panthers will know this, but getting a number lower than 100 seems like a gift to me. I've been staying off of OBJ thinking at some point, teams won't let him touch the ball as much as he has been, but nobody has been able to do so. If this ends up being a shootout, he'll be the one doing much of the damage for the Giants.

Pats -4.5 1st Downs (-125) 2u
I don't see this game being an absolute 30 point blowout. The Pats are getting more and more injuries and Brady has apparently had a flu all week, so I couldn't pull the trigger any other prop in this game, But Tennessee is absolutely brutal at moving the ball. 3 and outs all game long. Brady and his boys should be able to have a few drives from their own 20 ending up as scores, each getting them 3-4-5 first downs along the way. The Jets got 25 first downs against the Titans last week while giving up only 14. Granted the Jets have an amazing defensive group, the Pats offense should be able to muster about the same amount of First downs against Tennesse.. Love this play

Teddy Bridgewater O190.5 Pass Yds (-120) 1u
Despite the brutal loss on TNF last week, Teddy still got it done through the air. Today, against a bears team that just doesn't look all that great, he should be able to repeat the feat. Books giving him under 200 yards every week, I'll gladly hop on once again. A few solid drives down field, and mixing in a throw or two with AP's solid runs should keep the bears guessing.

Matt Forte O57.5 Rush yards (-115) 2u
Loving Forte here. The Bears don't have many guns they can rely on, but Forte is definitely one of their few bright spots. Give him the ball, let him run through walls for ya. I'll take anything under 65-70 yards any day of the week.

Matt Ryan O279.5 Pass yds (-115) 1u
Matt Ryan and the Falcons have suffered enough already this year. And now they face a Jacksonville team who's show some heart and grit throughout the season. I wouldn't bet a dollar on the Falcons, despite the weekly public love we see for them every week. But today, Ryan should be able to move the ball through the air and land a few deep balls and get himself close to a 300 yard game, if not more.

Best of luck to all

Saturday Night Fever!

A happy Saturday to you, my football friends! 2-2 Monday nighter, but Week 15 is starting early!
Big Saturday night game. This is where playoff contenders need to step up and the Jets need to prove they are worthy at Jerry's World.

Ryan Fitzpatrick Passing Yards 245.5 (-120) 2U
Chris Ivory over 75.5 Yards (-110) 1U
New York Jets -1.5 First Downs (-115) 2U
Ryan Fitzpatrick Over 21.5 Completions (125) 1U
