NFL Plays Week 7

Tough week 6 in the NFL going 0-3 that included some shockingly close games (thanks New England and Baltimore). However, NCAA has been great going 8-4 in the past 2 week so lets hope it translates into NFL wins. And it all starts tonight!

Seattle vs. San Francisco Over 38
Lets just say week 6 was a wake up call for the 49ers, a BIG wake up call. After getting hammered 26-3 by the Giants, look for the 49ers to find that scoring touch. There is no doubt that the 49ers have the ability to score (remember week 5 win vs. the Bills 45-3 or week 4 win vs. the Jets 34-0... yeah). The Seahawks are coming off a great offensive show vs. the Patriots and have proven that they can match the big boys' firepower. Look for fireworks in Candlestick tonight.

Green Bay Packers -6
Hey Rodgers and the cheese heads, nice to finally see you! Houston was undefeated, at home, and looked like the strongest team in the NFL. But the Packers lit up the Houston defense and cruised to a 42-24 win. Heads up NFL teams, the pack is back. Playing with a chip on their shoulder, the new Packers head to St. Louis with an edge. St. Louis is in the wrong place at the wrong time this week.

New Orleans Saints -3 POW
Coming off their bye week, the Saints will be ready to rock in Tampa Bay. Don't think for a second that the Saints haven't noticed that they are winless on the road... that changes this week. Only thing you have to know about this game: Saints have #1 passing offense and the Bucs have the #31 pass defense. Come on...

Chicago Bears -6
At 4-1 and 2-0 at home, Soldier Field won't be a kind place for the Lions this week. After the falcons, the Bears are the most dangerous team in the NFC. This is a divisional matchup between two teams at the opposite ends of the totem pole. If the Lions get behind the ball early in this game it wont be as easy to come back, like they did last week vs. the Eagles. Fun fact, the Bears have scored 149 points and have only allowed 71. That's a differential of 78 points and is the highest in the NFL. Good luck Lions.

Buffalo Bills -3 Sleeper Pick of the Week
The Bills aren't exactly a dynamite team, but they are 1-1 at home while the Titans are an UGLY 0-3 on the road. The Titans have given up 106 points on the road and have only scored 31. Ouch. Believe it or not Ralph Wilson Stadium isn't the easiest place to play in. The Bills head into a bye week next week so look for the Bills and their fans to give it there all.
